Do I need a preapproval to look at houses?

While not legally required, many sellers prefer to ensure that prospective buyers are preapproved before entering their home. Preparing a home for showings involves significant effort, and for sellers with pets or children, it can mean extra steps to manage the property and keep it ready for viewings.

Buyers also benefit from preapproval, as it helps them understand what they can truly afford. This ensures they don't fall in love with a home outside their budget, which can ultimately affect their shopping experience and cause unnecessary frustration.

What area do you serve? Can you sell me a property in Calgary or Edmonton?

My service area covers a 1-hour radius around Red Deer, where I’m deeply familiar with the local market and communities. I believe in providing the best service by focusing on the areas I know well.
